Also the well-known tourist and vibrant city Torrevieja is on short driving distance.

There is a living room, a open kitchen fully equiped with a dishwasher, 2 bathrooms  with shower and shower facility and 2 bedrooms with 1 x 2 and 2 x 1 sleeps, each with air conditioning. There is a covered terrace and a communal garden with a pool and jacuzzi. This spacious garden has a children's playground, a fountain and 2 petanque courts.

The complex is within walking distance of the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca such as La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. Right next to the complex there is a very well-kept Mercadona supermarket surmounted numerous restaurants. Just on 5 minutes walk you will find the largest shopping mall in Alicante "La Zenia Boulevard".  The urbanization La Zenia and Cabo Roig are considered as the jewel of southern Costa Blanca, and are known for their beautiful beaches.
