This modern southwest-facing holiday apartment is situated in the EMA Residence in Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa. It features two bedrooms, both equipped with fitted wardrobes and a smart TV. The master bedroom includes a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, each with walk-in showers; one includes a rain shower, and both have underfloor heating.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and adjacent to it is a utility room with a washing machine. The garden provides direct access to a large swimming pool, just 30 meters away. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating, and includes a private parking space within the gated residence.

Electricity Usage Conditions
