This beautiful modern style Tindra villa is located in a Residential Park in the extreme South of the Costa Blanca in a place called Torrevieja, Punta Prima area. Within walking distance of the fine sandy beaches and all amenities that can provide you with your daily needs, such as many shops, catering and the new shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard. This modern villa is in construction and in finishing a relief and the materials used are of high standard. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find an open kitchen and living room, a storage room, a bedroom with 2 x 1 sleeps and a bathroom with shower facility. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 x 2 sleeps and a bathroom with shower facility. From the master bedroom you have access to a private balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences as a dishwasher. The attractively decorated living room is equipped with SAT TV with international channels. The villa can also be electrically heated through air conditioning, both hot as cold. The terrace is fully furnished. Near the apartment you have plenty of room to park your car. There is a undergound parking available.

PUNTA PRIMA AREA
Punta Prima is a typical Spanish seaside tourist resort located on the southern Costa Blanca within 30 minutes of two international airports Murcia and Alicante. The beaches are some of the cleanest around and have been awarded the blue flag status. Punta Prima has a Mediterranean climate with 320 days of sunshine a year. The beach has a wonderful promenade with shops and boutiques and bars and restaurants. 

Punta Prima is situated a ten minute drive just south of Torrevieja. For those more energetic you can reach Torrevieja by foot, a mere thirty minute stroll along the coast or there is an hourly bus service to take you there. 

Also just a short stroll to a sandy beach or follow the newly built promenade to explore other beaches, makes this resort an appealing and desireable spot to enjoy your holiday. Walk just 10 minutes and you will have access to a variety of cuisines including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Japanese or Indian.

Punta Prima has a sandy beach. On one side where you can swim, paddle or simply sunbathe, and on the other rock pools which provide an ideal and safe location for children to spend time looking for crabs or fish or just sitting in the warm pools.

RESTAURANTS & SHOPS
Punta Prima also has a Commercial Centre with an Eroski supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants. There are even more restaurants to choose from on the N332 such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini Italian, German, Ghandi Indian, two Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia and several bars.

ACTIVITIES & THINGS TO DO IN PUNTA PRIMA
There are three golf courses in the area as well as water sports, fishing, sailing to be enjoyed. A visit to the local market to buy your fruits and vegetables, shoes, bags and clothes can be made on Saturdays at Playa Flamenca.
